Delivery information is in accurate and see the seller indicates I have to continue to wait despite the courier being a seller selected company. The seller selected the courier for delivery on items I purchased and paid for. Tracking information shows delivery yesterday, however no package was received at the delivery address on file. A CS rep told me today they need to file a claim against Fed Ex and until THEIR issue is resolved, I have to continue to wait. Also, I have to follow up with them, instead of them providing updates, in 8-10 days to find out when / if I will receive the products I paid for nearly 2 weeks ago! So, they have my money, I have no products, and I have to wait for their insurance claim with fed ex to be resolved (and I have to follow up with them for status) before anything can be done to resolve my issues. Clearly THEIR money and satisfaction with the courier THEY hired is more important than that of the customer who has paid THEM for product.
