Tried to use chat to get some help, and it was slow and unhelpful. Just purchased elsewhere instead. In the end, what was advertised was not really available.

Page took several attempts to load, so bogged down with trackers, links, and advertising images. The content was disappointing and did not live up to the clickbaity marketing. Somewhere drowning in the trackers and advertising may be some good content, but I won't be there to find out. Some sites use you hard, this is one for sure.
They blocked files from being downloaded from my freelancer, then totally failed in their attempt to make them available, causing me to miss my deadline. They hide the support chat between time wasting worthless FAQs and a labyrinth of crap. They detracted from the interaction and got paid for it.
