Well I been a wish customer for almost 3 years. I order plenty of stuff before. But recently I know we are going through a pandemic but that doesn't mean they shouldn't help me out. I been waiting for packages for over a month and a half. I emailed them and they said the packages is on the way. Well that was 3 weeks ago and we are almost at 2 and a half months and 4 emails away and still nothing. I no longer recommend this app to anyone. It seems like they have no real employment there. I cant get a real answer or get any information where my items are which is so sad. All I ask was for a little information. I cant sent proof of any of my items because I'm still waiting 2 and half months later
