I have been purchasing from this site for a number of years now. Our family is a Ford family and K-MansParts.com has been our automotive parts supplier to keep our vehicles in tip top shape. They carry the service parts we need including many things we have bought that is not listed on the site. The reason for me writing this review now at this time is we recently had a warranty issue with a part that failed after about a year of use. They took care of the warranty quickly and swapped out the item. It had to be the easiest warranty claim I have ever made. This place is nothing but a bait & switch operation. Placed an order for a Canon camera and picked expedited 2nd day shipping. Huge mistake. They sat on the order for three business days then emailed me stating that I had to call their sales rep to correct an issue with the order. The issue was that they wanted me to change the order to a model that would cost $200 more because the one ordered is an import (here is a hint, Canon imports all their cameras). The sales rep continues by asking "Are you going to use it within the USA, because it won't work here"... really? Interesting concept, a camera won't work within the US because it is an import (yet all Canons are imports). Then goes on to state that camera battery charger isn't compatible with the 110/120 volt system in the US. After about 5 minutes of their lies, they finally agreed to process the order and ship. Two business days later, they actually shipped. So five business days after the order, they actually processed it and shipped even thought they were paid for 2nd day shipping, they sent it on a Ground service that took three business days. Since when does paying for 2nd day Express shipping equal five business days to process and three business days on the shipment time itself? I should have read about their method of operation on the internet before ordering.

We (family members) have purchased a few different of the vanity tags from this manufacturer through other resellers and we have been very happy with their products. Pretty cool site with tons of cute clothes for our girls. We really never experienced the issues that some have posted here. Considering the pricing, we don't expect the packages next day and really can't remember anything taking a lot more time then claimed.

The only thing to hate about the site is that I didn't have the idea first and got rich from it. Easy way to purchase music and always stay up on new stuff. Love it

The site is full of plagiarized "complaints" from other sites for starters. Whomever "runs" the site which is not in the USA uses third party contacts within the US to "offer" removal of complaints from their site for a fee, normally over $1000 for such a "service". Looking through the site shows how they target smaller companies and how many of those complaints posted are other sites and sometimes you will even find complaint copy and pasted to another company. There are truthful and helpful review sites on the internet but this is not one of them. It is nothing more then an extortion site. Look for yourself doing a search. I'm sure they have trolls on here telling how wonderful the site is, but the truth is out there, easily seen.
