My home warranty company assigned MDT Heating and Air conditioning to address our broken A/C System. The first attempt resulted in the WRONG Diagnosis. After a second call.
They diagnosed the concern supplying us with an outrageous estimate to repair the unit.
When we requested an estimate to replace complete unit, all we received was crickets.
No response. No follow up. No A/C. No Professionalism. They will receive NO positive referrals from us as customers.
How hard would it be to take our business...? They must be very successful at fleecing customers so that don't need legitimate business.

I will now focus my energies to first finding a reputable company that will take our business and then begin seeking the PA. Attorney generals opinion of MDT's poor business practices.
