One of the worst home warranties for services, so far it has been over a month on my dishwasher repair. July 2nd, tech came out diagnosed the issue, ordered a part and scheduled the install of part. July 16, appointment was schedule from 8 am to 12 pm, called them at 11 am because no one had show and was informed they are on the way. At 12:30 they texted to say they are in route at 2 pm still no one and was rescheduled for July 27th because they didn't have any earlier dates. When July 27th came the tech came in and said he's not doing this and left. Called the service people, they rescheduled it for Aug. 5th. Well today's August 5 and no technician showed again, Called again and was told to reschedule it.
At this point I just want it to be replaced because this has been going on for a while.
Also called the service department today, they lady put me on hold but didn't notice she took me off and started talking about me in Spanish and not nicely either.
