Thats right this site is worthless. It's just a bunch of questions with answers that are not always correct. The references to IBC sections are mostly incorrect. Find help elsewhere. Don't waste your money.

This comment is ten years old. With no order info like what he ordered, there is no way to contact the person who posted this and find out what went wrong. This another example of SiteJabber leaving useless (old) comments because they think they are going to make money from the site owner paying them to remove.
