I returned some items in line with their return policy. I bought tracking as well, they seemed really responsive until I sent it back. On the tracking it was delivered and received by them, I never received a refund! I tried to contact them and they ignored me. NEVER BUY FROM HERE! Sellers on ebay are much more reliable.
I ordered one eyeshadow and they sent it to me in a giant box and charged me $13 for it - what a waste. The eyeshadow didn't even look like the picture and returning it is such a hassle because of their policy. Just buy from a more reputable place.
