I made two purchases, and asked Viabox to consolidate into one box. When I received an email that it was in my suite I logged in and found my account totally empty, as if I had never used the service.
I sent a message because live chat was offline ( at 4 pm EST ) I received an answer two days later saying my account is OK they can see my parcel. This went back and forth for two weeks. I am waiting 5 days now for another reply. I have no way of initiating the shipment and they probably have blown me off. It looks like I am out over $700. I should have known better, the last time I used the service the shipping charges were extremely high, so I certainly didn't save any money and just delayed receiving my goods, this time it looks l lost big time.
