They claim they have 24/7 chat - they do not. It's been offline for a week.

They claim that you can have a free trial for 2 weeks. But nothing worked and if you wanted to test certain things, you had to stop your free trial and pay for the service. No refunds.

They claim you can contact them for support via a link - yes, you can - I think i have sent in 4 or 5 requests for help in increasing irritation; but it's been over 24 hours and all I have received was one email saying basically: we know it's been 24 hours and we told you we'd get back to you by now, but we haven't forgotten about you.' but they still haven't replied.

They say they have integrated shipping with USPS and others. If they do, I have no idea why mine won't work b/c I've gone through the FEW steps they tell you about (and, of course, they haven't replied to my service ticket!)

They claim they are integrated with paypal and that you can do paypal standard or paypal pro for your payments. I can't get standard to work and pro is another $30 per month that i did not plan to spend! I thought it wasn't working b/c i hadn't paid for the shopping cart service, so i paid for it, but it still doesn't work. And according to paypal, the only one they are certified for is Pro (but on mycafecommerce.com, they have an option to choose standard!)

They say you can import your inventory, but you can only import the name, the price, and the quantity. Not the department or any other field.

Maybe they will contact me back and get this all fixed, but so far, i am EXTREMELY disenchanted!

I am a business owner. I recently ran a Living Social Deal for my store.

Honestly, I'm underwhelmed!

I signed the contract. The contract said 1Q2012; max of 2 per person. $8 for $16 in product. TWICE i told them that there was no discount on classes. It kept being put in the deal and i kept removing it.

They immediately started trying to get me to run it RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS!

I was emphatic - NO! NOT THEN! "NOT APPROVED!"

Then they DIDN'T send me the information about running the deal when 1Q2012 DID roll around!

So, *I* ended up contacting THEM!

I went with them over groupon b/c you get actually 25% of the face value (Groupon is less). And the sales person sold me that they were better and more targeted. I think that's BS.

The first copy that they sent me was SO AWFUL! I couldn't believe it! They said that they had "We've scraped together a scrupulous deal for the scrappy gal who can turn even garbage into glitter" - I asked why they would use the word "scrupulous"? Were their other deals UNscrupulous? Plus, they again added that 10% off on classes thing! COME ON!

Then they listed a bunch of vendors of ours that would make NO sense to a customer.

They made it for 4 deals per person - which i NEVER should have allowed! I don't know how i missed it! We ended up with over 75% of our deals going to current/active customers! That's not what the intent was! The intent was to get NEW customers!

My deal ran from 1/19-1/25. I JUST TODAY 2/23 got my check.

The sales person said i would have it, including extra time, LAST week.

Btw, i've emailed my sales person MULTIPLE times with only one reply - the one where i told her that she had said we would sell a max of 200 deals and we sold 660 - not that it's a good thing b/c most people bought 4 but were already customers! She took it as a compliment. I have heard NOTHING else from her about any other question or issue i have.

Husbands bought them for wives, friends bought them for friends, so we have some people who have actually TWELVE deals!

And then, the customers can review us. and three people have reviewed us COMPLETELY unfairly (one was upset that she couldn't use all 4 deals on one transaction - NO deal is good for that, and it was clearly stated) but we can't remove or comment to the reviews.

And again, no replies from my sales person.

I did get a reply from the production coordinator basically stating that i has misunderstood when i would get my check. I have an email from the sales person confirming that the LAST possible date that i should get it was last week. There was no misunderstanding there.

And, i just wish that the sales people would really want it to be good for the store!

If you are a store, and you do their deal, LIMIT IT TO ONE. And don't count on the money for a month.

DO NOT USE THEM!

My boyfriend bought a deal back before Christmas. It was for two movie tickets through fandango, a $50 walmart.com gift card, and a $20 gift card to restaurants.com. All for a mere $50.

He paid. There were immediate problems. He tried and tried to get the codes for the different deals. He had trouble with the walmart one right away. He contacted dealfind and they said that they new there was a problem and they were working on it.

He got the fandango one. And the restaurants.com one. So, he got busy and kind of forgot about it.

We went to use the movie tickets this last weekend and the code wouldn't work. Fandango said that the code had been "cancelled". So, my b/f called dealfind and asked about it. Their reply was: "Oh yeah, that deal is no good. They couldn't fufill the deal. Send us an email about it and we'll refund you."

Well, my question is, if they knew that the deal was no good, then they should have refunded everyone IMMEDIATELY! And when did they know that it wasn't good? Before we called about the walmart issue?

They are blaming it on a 3rd party - digital doorstep - which is apparently now out of business.

My b/f emailed them on Saturday and they got back to him today (Thursday) that they would either refund him (if he provided his credit card info) or give him $50+10% dealfind money.

WHY WOULD WE WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE ON USING THEM AGAIN?

And i searched the internet and there are DOZENS AND DOZENS of complaints about their actions!

SOMEONE START A LAWSUIT! WE'D DEFINITELY JOIN!

THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!
