I have been with centurylink for 30 years and I have never dealt with such bad, service in my life. My internet was not working so after calling them they informed that I needed a new modem. So, I told them to order me one. I was supposed to get it in about 3 days. After waiting 6 days I called again. After being transferred 8 times and put on hold for a total of 3 and a half hours, I was told that the modern was sent to the wrong address ( they never send the bill to the wrong address) now they tell me it will be a couple of days. By now I have no more patience. 4 more days still no modem. Call again and a recording tells me to go on line and I might be able to get some answers to my question. How am I supposed to do that when I have NO internet? So, I get a new modem from some where else now, I have my internet back. Looking for a new internet service. Stay away from Centurylink worst customer service everer

Has anyone else noticed that when PCH goes to the house and deliver the big winner the check, they never get any older? I have been watching PCH for many years and Danielle Lamb and the two guys seem to never get any older. I know I sure have! I want what ever they are taking if I could look the same age as long as they have.

I have had to contact GeekSquad 4 times in the last 3 weeks. I get the same Agent notes every time. This is getting really old very fast! They must have there spill of (s**t)
That is already typed up for them to use. It is always I tuned up your computer and cleared Temp Files and bla bla bla bla! I think GeekSquad really sucks. I am going to get rid of Kaspersky and GeekSquad when my time is up. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good protection plan?

Has anyone ever seen any replies back from PCH? I would think that a company that has so many comments about them would want to reply to some of them I know if it was my business that was getting so many comments Good or bad. I would want to give some answers or at least acknowledge some of the remarks. I find this a little odd that they never defend them selves. I just wanted to put this out there to see if anyone has noticed this.

I don't get it, Netflix has raised there price to $9.99 a month yet you can't get any good movies. Even if you do get a good (new) release it is no longer new. This use to be a great place to get good movie. Now you pay more, and get crap for movies. With the price of going to the movie theaters so expensive this was a good way to get the same moves at home for a good price. Not any more. I am not a happy camper.

I do love playing the games and entering the sweepstakes, but they seem to have a pattern with each entry. They will do the same thing each time you play the instant win games. For example the ring toss will hit the same bottle almost every time. Makes you wonder why? I still stay up way to late playing lol

PCH always says if you have to pay any money then it's not them, because if they ask for money then it's not free. Well have you noticed they always say if you order from this page you will get a free gift worth $30.00? But then they say, just pay $4.99 for shipping. Well to me that is NOT FREE. Maybe I have a different view of what free means.
