I ordered a product, was supposed to come on a Thursday, I took off work because it had to be signed for after the fact of purchase date. It never came that day. I lost a full day wages. They use Fed x. They suck! My device was dropped on a concrete surface,, they never even ask for signature, lies. Stoneberry is so poor they didn't even ask me why I sent it back...
