Wife gets in accident, becomes addict due to pain. Finally FINALLY find 1 place in 50 miles that accepts insurance for treatment to stop addiction. Rep judges her every step of the way, refusing to believe that detoxing can kill even though it happens all the time. We are still working on getting the insurance switched so she can become a better member of society and be herself again. Literally reps laugh at you and your requests for help. And we are being calm and polite but they dont care. They hate their life and their job and will try to make you hate yours.
