On Nov 21st I placed an order for a video/graphics card. The amount was over $400. They sent the order UPS ground, which took a week. On the day it was sent to be delivered (Nov 30th), UPS lost the package but would not confirm its loss. For 3 days UPS kept saying the package would arrive before finally admitting it was lost. On Dec 3rd I filed a lost merchandise claim with UPS, and on Dec 6th I filed with NewEgg. On Dec 9th UPS confirmed that the package could not be found and closed the claim. As of today (Dec 17th), NewEgg has still not refunded my money. I have called them several times, but I am constantly told they are processing the request. I CANNOT GET MY MONEY BACK!
