I ordered some jean shorts, and right away thought I ordered one size to big. I went to cancel the order and the reply I received was "sorry, once an order is placed we cannot cancel it". Even though they were not scheduled to ship for 1-1/2 weeks from the time I placed the order. I received the order, and found out that my refund would be reduced by $-9.99 for return shipping. I also ordered 3 shirts, one of them are on backorder, they didn't tell me until I placed the order. Online status says due to be shipped June 9th. It's the 24th and still waiting. Trying to reach customer service is a nightmare! Online chat is forever waiting, 800 number is infinite hold time, I tried emailing customer service and got a reply to call the 800 number. I would highly recommend a different company, very frustrating. Oh, they also charged me at the time the order was placed, most companies don't until the product is shipped.
