Namecheap.com' "ROCKSTAR" customer "service"
Richard Kirkendall claims Namecheap.com has "Rockstar customer service".
My company spent over $2,700 to purchase an address, the money has been charged to the company credit card, and almost a week later Namecheap "SUSPENDS" the transaction and demands my personal information - SSN, DoB, and similar.
THIS for making a purchase for a company website on a company credit card where the money was provably transferred and American Express confirms it.
After 1/2 dozen attempts to contact a human, no meaningful response has been received other than form emails.
Meanwhile, OVER THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND OUR IT FOLKS WERE SCHEDULED TO MIGRATE THE ALREADY PURCHASED AND PAID FOR WEBSITE. WE HAVE PEOPLE SITTING IDLE THAT ARE WAITING FOR THE SITE TO BE RELEASED.
We have nothing better to do than fill out more reviews as we're not able to do the migration work tonight...
