Rented a car through WiseCars on 2/27/21, billed $194.78 & WiseCars told us it would only be a credit hold. There were about 25 people in line for Thrifty at Phoenix, when asked, we declined the insurance. The representative gave us the receipt & asked us to pick up our car from Hertz, Thrifty was out of cars, then started waiting on the next person. We did not notice he added the insurance, which we had declined. Had he gone over the rental agreement or receipt, we would have corrected his error on the insurance, but he did not do this. We paid close to $600.00 for 5 days rental. Thrifty needs to train the reps better & go over charges with customers, Not ask them to step aside & start waiting on the next person. I am only asking for the credit back of $102.91, I have been told the amount of insurance charged can not be credited. I think Thrifty should do something to correct their error & I should not have to pay for his mistake. We travel a lot & I hope Thrifty will do something to correct their mistake. This rental was from 3/05/21-3/09/21. WiseCars said I had to contact Thrifty regarding this issue of the credit.
