So glad I found Boomerbenefits. Jana was so helpful in getting me started with Medicare and other insurance needs. Today, I found that there had been a clerical error and Ally was able to put me in touch with someone at Medicare to get it corrected. So glad I have them to help me.
I thought I was using the web site for the hotel directly. Now I find out that there apparently was a $15.00 charge to my credit card for their service. Since I needed the hotel room due to a death in the family, I guess I made this reservation in haste. I don't know why I would need to go through this "service" to make a hotel reservation.
