We took this cruise on 12/20/2021 and saw dolphins, whales and turtles. We stopped so we could snorkel for at least 30 minutes. The ship was very spacious for those that wanted sun as well as those that were more limited in their sun interest.

The snorkel equipment was extremely clean and comfortable. A crew member was in the water while we were for safety reasons.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the cruise as long as you don't get seasick as we did encounter some waves which for those of us that enjoy the ocean LOVED!

On May 26,2023 I had a new 3620 DE filter installed. On July 10th it started putting DE back into the pool. I've contacted Hayward, their warranty agent Matley Pools, in the swim and Amazon and none of them will replace or repair the fins that split on the seam where the material was sawed together.

I've had the pool for 38 years and NEVER had any issue.

Extremely frustrating

They must have reconsidered my issue and I have now received a replacement for my inner fins. Thank you.

I purchased a Hayward DE3620 filter which worked fine for about 40 days then the cloth around the inner fins sprung a tare. Contact with the seller In-The Swim gave me no help, with the manufacturer Hayward and even though Amazon boasted Claim process, I was told it was past the 30 day limit.

I've now learned not to trust any of these merchants to support their products. I'll only buy small items and those that I'm sure I return in the return timeframe guaranteed.

I've been a long time customer of each of these and got not help.

We're very disappointed with the studio unit. The room is like a 2 star hotel at the best. The pictures of the unit provided a much different impression on the size of the room. The love seat was so small it really only held one person so I brought an outside chair to sit on where there were two of us. The resort had no restaurant so how you'd eat without going out for meals is a wonder to me with not even a microwave. The noise level from other rooms was loud from normal conversations. Even at 3am one morning.
We were not informed at check in that there was central parking and that there were golf carts with attendants available to help get bags, etc. to the unit. I was charged for parking when I didn't have a car.
We were unaware the studio is a privately owned unit and as such does not offer the same housekeeping amenities. At check in, we were treated as misfit as we were in a privately owned unit.
The one shining star was the staff as they were extremely polite and helpful giving us rides in golf carts as the entire campus is very very hilly.
Fortunately we had relatives on campus with a two bedroom, full kitchen and large enough seating for the 7 of us so it was not a miserable vacation but if they had not been there it would have been miserable.

Just found out the self checkout lines for more than 20 items are being removed. Having worked in a grocery industry I suspect it is due to shrink(theft).

As long as the store managers have enough staff to handle our orders great, otherwise we will be spending more time checking out.

I experienced and extra 15 minutes checkout time as I had a $475 order and there was only one line open.

I ordered a deal on 8/5 and received the items yesterday 8/25, and it was shipped and fulfilled domestically. I was charged on 8/6 even though the items were not even being processed.

That's the last of my money they'll ever see.

I was a prepaid customer running a balance in excess of $50 when I lost my phone. I contacted Verizon suspended my phone, purchased a new phone from xFinity, and activated the new phone.

Because I did NOT request a refund BEFORE I activated my new phone they will NOT refund my balance.

I started the trial offer and then canceled before the trial end date and have continued to bill me and are now charging a cancellation fee of 89.95.

Be real careful with their trial offer.

We were sent a gift card from this company and were unable to use it. Called them for help was promised they would send a card but never did. Looked at the card and now only has $.06 on it so they used it.

I purchased a Hayward 3620 DE filter from them via Amazon on May 10,2023. It worked fine until July 10th when one of the seams on the fabric developed a 1.5 inch hole. This allowed the DE to return to my pool.

I've been a long time customer and spent over $1000 for the filter and they refused to either replace or refund me.

I'm no longer going to give them my business as they haven't earned it.

I ordered for delivery on July 13th Spectracide Weed Killer and have not received it. I can walk into anyone of their locations and buy it. I would have expected they would have notified one of their locations to ship it.

I'm not sure I'll ever order for home delivery from HD again.

I was converted from Amex to Barclay's by jetBlue and it is the worst card I have ever had. They can never be straight forward on dispute and they respond in 2-3 three months and when they do, they never have sided with me. The site is confusing where they roll amount due at last statement and current balance together so I run a spreadsheet to track current versus total.

Except for our ongoing relationship with jetBlue, I'd drop them like a steaming hot potato.

I ordered two six packs of bug bombs from the site. The sku on the site matched a three -ack so the associate selected two three packs, that I understand. It then took 30 minutes to correct the issue as the sku error need to be reported, a store credit issued and then I had to pick the extra three packs myself. I DON'T expect to ever use the online ordering again as I find error after error with it and since I have to go to the location I might as well pick the item myself which I'll get right.

We stayed at their Daytona Beach Regency location for 19 days. The WiFi was horrible as I had to call several times per day to get them to reset the router. They had construction, drilling specifically, happening in the room above ours every day and sometimes starting as early as 7:30 AM. The folks above us tried getting ride of pigeons by putting water in their louvers which in turn splashed down on our deck making it unusable.

When we went to the timeshare presentation, the sales staff pressured us into buying a timeshare. Thankfully we did NOT! We found the sales team and upper management less then accurate in their claims.

I received a $25 egift card for Dunkin Donuts for my entries on my coke rewards. I added the card to my Dunkin account and transferred the money to my existing Dunkin card. It should the updated amount.

When I went to use it, the $25 was not on the card. OKay

I requested Coke Rewards to send me a new card and got basically "NOT OUR ISSUE" as a response. Dunkin gave me the same response. Having been in IT for years reputable vendors log ALL transactions so it should be doable under those circumstances.

I'll make sure I keep egift cards longer from now on.
