I, usually, purchase from Saks Off Fifth online. For the last month their online post, which arrives daily, cannot go beyond Page 5, while there may be 10 or 20 or more pages. I called Customer Service last week,, and the gentleman I spoke to told that he'd call me back at 2:15PM. Im stil waiting for that call. The online problem remains.
Today, I attempted to place an order for two items on this site. When it came time to put in my password, it was rejected twice; the same password that Ive been using for the last year. The customer service guy took the order over the phone, but, I see me and Saks Fifth parting ways because I refuse to change my password. If it was good for the past year, its still good, in my book.
Im sparing you all the dialogue, but you get the point.

Tip for consumers:
It would have bern helpful to know that, in my case, they werent interested in fixing the technology that prevented me from getting past page 5 of their website.

Products used:
My review has nothing tondo with product.
Ive bought tights,,sunglasses, shirts, handbags.
