I ordered socks Oct 25 2017. Shipping and all was around $18.00. Then I won two more pair just had to pay shipping, around $8.00 each. So Ive lost $34.00 to this cheating company. I sent numerous emails over and over. They did not come back. No response, no phone number to contact. I sent three more emails yesterday and they came back. I checked and the company is no longer in business!

Jenny Gonzales, owner of Hook. N. clay has cheated me and I let her get away with it for way too long! I ordered crochet hooks Oct. 9,2016, sent $110.00. She kept putting me off and telling me she was way behind in her orders. I stupidly ordered a Christmas Hook on special and sent another $30.00. I have not received my orders. She even had me re-email what I wanted a couple of months ago. That's great business, right!? She didn't even have a record of what I had ordered. Please, don't order from her. Don't make my mistake. She's banned me from Instagram because she knows she's in the wrong. I've tried to be nice but it hasn't worked. Anything negative or questioned about shipments has been deleted by her. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE beware!
