My call to order was promptly returned. I received a VCR with a manual, but the remote did not match the manual, and I could not figure how to get the menu to come up. I have called repeatedly and emailed with no response. If you check the BBB in that area, the site says it is closed. My credit card company says I have 60 days to challenge the purchase, and the Attorney General Office has a recorded message suggesting that course is always available. A friend suggested I get a universal remote and helped me figure out how to use it. I will keep the VCR a while longer, and if I have problems, I will contact the credit company to challenge the charge. I strongly urge anyone to order elsewhere. I couldn't find just a VCR, and that is why I chose this company.
