We do not see any indication that you called into customer service to cancel this order. The package has already shipped and according to the carrier is scheduled for delivery on Friday - 12/9. We are sorry again for any inconvenience this causes. Please feel free to return the items for a refund, we have waived the fee associated with our prepaid return label, so there will be no cost for the return. We see also that the e-mail address you entered to place this order has your name spelled without the "b".
