Received Items in a dented, box. Items were poorly packaged and were tampered with and ripped. Some were candy/edible things and I cant eat anything that's been ripped! Awful service. Contacted them. They replied asking for pictures of proof, that my items were damaged. When I sent pictures never got a response. Its been 4 days. (THEY GUARENTEE 1 business day replies)

Just to follow up on your comments, we're so sorry that your order was damaged in transit. Your original email to us was on Friday, August 24 at 11:49 am CT. We responded to you within two hours with a request for photos of the damage. You sent us a photo that showed no damage. We again asked for a photo of the damaged items, and you did provide two photos that showed some minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging of two of the items.
Our office was closed over the weekend, but we responded to you on Monday, August 27 with an offer to issue you store credit for your entire order, including shipping.
