Ordered from this website on 8/21, week ago with express shipping, items still not even sent out, was given the option to urge shipment twice already and one item is still under the status paid so they aren't even preparing to ship out yet. It'll be winter before I get these items. Reached out to customer service and no response 3 business days later. Made the mistake of shopping here once, never again.
