I purchased a Zanflare F3 flashlight from Gearbest in September 2018 (Order No.: **************070).
I haven't used it much, but recently it became unreliable, it hardly works. The tailcap switch does not work properly.
I made a video about it, and since there is a two year warranty, as also stated on the product page on their website, I sent an email to Zanflare. (Gearbest warranty is only one year. Interesting fact: Zanflare is a brand of Gearbest.)
That was 11 days ago. (I sent an email, the video, and a message from their webpage.)
Since then NO ANSWER from Zanflare whatsoever. Absolutely nothing.
Is that what they call a "100 percent customer satisfaction guarantee"? Because that rather seems to be 0%.
