“Terrible customer service”

Received the wrong item over a year ago, they said I'll get a new sent, they forgot to send it, months went by, then they said choose something else, they forgot to send it AGAIN. Then they finally sent it it; to the wrong address, now they won't answer my emails for the past 2months or Instagram DMs. This was Erika the customer service manager I've been in contact with for the past year and a half. When I asked to talk to someone else or for a refund she ignored it. Do not order anything from here, cheep quality and terrible customer service.
