It's only been a week since eDreams failed miserably, "No Customer Services"
No Credits, No Refund, No Accountability
This week I booked (4) legs of an itinerary direct with airline & simply contact the airlines customer service to cancel my travel plans, No Fuss "PEACE OF MIND"

Tip for consumers:
eDreams, provide No customer service.
They provide nothing... only take your money, keep your money regardless.
I had a flight cancelled by the airline due to travel restriction. This in turn prevented me from reaching my destination yet nothing....
I mean nothing, I tried & tried for days to contact eDreams, "NOTHING" only a automated "Receipt of Email" message.

These guys are not contactable nor do they respond to emails.
Covid travel restrictions took out the 2nd leg of a business trip... Nothing from anyone I just lost all my money!
