Honestly I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I ordered this bra on June 8th, and was really excited about it. A week goes by, and I changed my mind about it so I emailed them. HEARD NOTHING BACK! I was frustrated and sent them another again nothing back. Got a dispute with my bank, and got my money back. But then I noticed a week after doing that, which was now July 3, I received an email from them. I was shocked, even though I received my money back already, and cancelled the order. The email sent me the tracking number, saying my shipment was coming. A few days later I received the package, and was free at this point. The bra actually was nice, and was glad I got to try it. Although the customer service is bad, the bra isn't! I suggest trying another website though, or maybe get a dispute and you'll get the bra lol
