I have been in business for 28 years, owning Martial Arts Schools in different cities. Also worked as a school teacher for nearly 20 years, I have two degrees: one in Education and second one in business MBA. In my long years of experience I have took the time to actually write a bad review, i always felt like i could do better things with my time, however this is the first time i feel so strongly about writing a review to warn the people and help them avoid going through the same experience i had to go through.
Think hard and long Before you enter into a deal with Mr. Greg Villanueva, the owner of Press Ink, Printing Services located at 2305 S State Hwy 121 Lewisville, TX *******, press-ink.com.
The whole thing started in Mar. 2016 when I decided to open a third business in the city of Allen, TX which is a Pizza place, partnering with my son in law. I made the mistake of hiring Greg at Press Ink,.
In April 2016, I contacted Greg to design for me a store front sign, with the intention of designing my T-shirts, flyers, inside posters, counter menu... etc. The whole thing.

He was not cheap but money was never the main issue, it is the service, the customer service, the courtesy, the work ethics, and the patience that he lacks.

Mr. Greg took two months to get the store front sign up. He does not answer phone calls, nor returns phone calls (except for one time that he actually called me back in the past 3 months of calling him), he does not answer emails,

End result, we as a result of his poor communication skills, are now open and have been open for a month without major things to be done, such as Menu, and Directory sign. Etc. After trying for so long to get through to him, Mr. Greg got very annoyed and wrote me saying "I'm expecting from you to stop and find a new sign company to move on your project and don't waste your time." This message was sent to me on July 26 2016, THREE months from our initial agreement and after he delayed my project beyond the open date of the store. Until today Aug. 5th 2016 I am operating without a directory sign, and without a menu sign inside my store

I strongly encourage you to think hard and long before getting in business with Mr. Greg Villanueva or his company Press Ink, Printing Services, 2305 S State Hwy 121 Lewisville, TX *******, press-ink.com
