I've purchased dozens of records online and never had a problem until now. It clearly shipped out damaged. Dave from Music Stack offered his condolences and hoped the seller would reach out to me. Gee thanks "Dave". The seller "I can refund $3.00 if that helps". Well no, because the record cost me 5 times that. There is no way this record shipped out undetected. Side one has DENTS in the vinyl! Good luck if you have a problem. BUYER BEWARE!
Unfortunately, this seller had someone filling in for him and the guy messed up sent out a less than perfect order. The seller did a lame job of trying to make it right. I advised the buyer to go to paypal to get a full refund but for some reason he didn't want to do that to solve the issue. We have over 1,200 sellers on our platform and once in a while they do screw up. It is best to read each sellers feedback profile and view their seller stats to know what kind of seller you are dealing with. Most are excellent, but there are a few sellers who don't provide the best customer service (case in point). But know in the end PayPal will have you covered if you don't receive what you ordered or if it is not in the condition you expect.
