I purchased a GARM-NuviCam LMTHD-R that was defective. I had to pay the return shipping fee and asked for a replacement. They received it on a Monday (USPS tracking). They didn't respond. I called 8 days later. Bobby was very sarcastic on the phone and told me that they had refunded my money. He neglected to tell me that they had charged me $33 restock fee. I was unable to talk to a supervisor because "he is busy".
