I purchased a bike and it was delivered on time. It was defective and not the color advertised/purchased. Even though they have what I want in stock, they don't do exchanges. In order to return the bike they want ME to pay to return it to THEM.
They don't stand behind their product.
Tip for consumers:
Expect to pay for returns shipping and restocking even when the product is defective or not as described.

3rd bike I have bought from them in less than a yr. The last one I purchased was a Taz 2.7 mtn....
