“Wish I'd read these before ordering”

Lost my money and my order. I ordered a legal amount of snus for Australia (3 tins) and was charged 10 times the cost in duty fees. I've got friends who ordered in the US and their orders didn't even arrive at all.

Dear Fred, depending on products and destination, fees can be charged for importing tobacco products. We are sorry to hear that the fees were that high - unfortunately this is beyond our control and we recommend to check with your local customs office before placing an order.
