Purchased a Glarry f style mandolin case 7 days ago and it hasn't been shipped. Glarry says its a FedEx problem, and FedEx says Glarrys hasn't called them to pick it up yet, only a shipping label was created. Meantime, this item still sits in Glarrys warehouse and Glarry refuses to cancel my order and refund my purchase. Poor business practices and this will be my last purchase from this company. They don't stand behind their shipping promises and refuse to make good on their own problems. They got their money, so screw the customer. Places like this should be avoided. Buyer Beware!
