Nothing worst than being ignored.
Been a member for several years. They never return my calls or answer messages.
I had a friend send them a message from his Facebook account inquiring about their Paerosol product. He sent the message the exact same way I do, through their messenger, and they answered his inquiry within a minute.
They claim that the person who monitors their Facebook messenger only monitors and see's Paerosol questions.
A bunch of bull crap, they think they are dealing with imbeciles.
It seems they pick and choose who gets their attention and who doesn't.
They take your membership money and ignore you. I joined to support the fire service here in Florida. I also joined their DRT (Disaster Response Team) to lend a helping hand when needed, I didn't join to be ignored or be treated like an adolescent.
You don't get what you pay for. They treat you like a child by not allowing you to possess the DRT team uniform shirt that you already paid for until an actual disaster happens, then they hand them out as needed, just like elementary students get handed out crayons for the day. When questioned, here is the reply I got;

"That is a shirt that is issued to you at the time of a disaster when you show up as a disaster team member. As I'm sure you can understand we cannot have hundreds of people walking around with disaster shirts on who are not actually at a disaster."
Really? Is spraying your Paerosol in businesses and homes considered a disaster scene?

None of that is mentioned on their DRT recruitment page on their website. I paid $55 for an entire package, not some now and some later.
I did my combined duty as a firefighter for 34 years in N. Y. and here in Fl., I don't need their arrogant way of doing things.

So after 7 years as a paid member of this organization I resigned.
All they care about these days is their Paerosol business, not their paid members.
They blame their behavior of not answering messages or voice mails on the Corona Virus, but actuality they have been incompetent the entire time I was a member.
They have some serious issues which they refuse to acknowledge or correct.
If you plan on joining them as a member, don't expect much. Your membership money to them is only treated as a donation and nothing more.

When asked WHY do they continue to keep their dressing rooms closed, I got this response; "We are sorry for the inconvenience. Our dressing rooms are not open at the moment. Our goal is to provide the best shopping experience possible while keeping our customers and associates safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. We're closely following the evolving CDC, state and local guidelines, and continuously adjusting our operations accordingly."

My response to them was this; "This is the most lame response and excuse someone can give. I'm not sure what guidelines you're following, but the rest of this county and state are following the guidelines set by this state!" All other departments stores excluding yours and Walmart have their dressing rooms open and are not going against any CDC guidelines or laws. And they are also "protecting" and keeping their employees safe. This is just pure laziness and you really should be ashamed of yourselves for your actions, especially at the prices you charge in your stores. Macy's dressing rooms open. JCPENNEY dressing rooms open. Nordstrom rooms open. Neiman Marcus rooms open. Dillards rooms open. Bealls rooms open. But Belks remain closed because they think they are following some different CDC guidelines that others aren't. Do you think all these other departments stores are going against state regulations?

Come on! Take your head out of the sand and stop making excuses. Join the rest of the world and keep up with the times. No wonder why your store is empty, people are taking their business elsewhere! I know that I won't be spending my money there anymore, and I will make sure I'll pass this response from you to everyone I know, including every social media outlet out there including youtube. I remain... All these companies that use the COVID-19 as an excuse for laziness should close their doors for good!

Walmart here in Florida has never closed down their stores during the Pandemic situation. But, they have closed their Tire Lube Express department and have no intentions on reopening soon. Excuses given have been "waiting for the Florida Governors off to give them the ok to open" which is a bunch of Bull S@!@. I contacted the govenrors office and was told that is a complete lie. Every other car care center are open, and have been open from the beginning. That job is considered essential and should have never been closed to begin with. Walmart sucks and lies to their customers. I will take my automotive needs elsewhere from this point on.
