A few weeks before Christmas I ordered some decorative Christmas pillows from Collections Etc. When they arrived, the pillows were completely flat. They were packaged and sent without a shipping and return label. I returned them at my expense. I received a response saying that the pillows were sent by mistake and the shipping label was probably put in someone's order. Yeah, right! Dry that one out and you can fertilize the lawn with it! PROFIT OVER CUSTOMER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I didn't end up using the products because they were 100% visibly defective. I believe the packer deliberately didn't enclose the packing slip and return label so if the items were returned, it would be at my expense, which it was. The person who responded to my complaint had the audacity to think I would believe the visibly defective items were mailed to me by mistake and the shipping label was probably placed in someone else's order. To send a customer an item that's clearly visibly defective tells me that Collections Etc doesn't know the meaning of Quality Control or Attention To Detail.
