Been trying for 4 hours to cancel a order and all you get is we will phone you back after going through all the options, still getting no where all you hear is we a very busy canceling orders whats that saying about the store. I bet if you wanted to put a order in you would get through pretty quick.

We had a bookcase delievered on 23rd Feb last week, and had paid £30 for the room of our choice....
Very poor customer service. The delivery and problem solving is zero. I wish i never ordered....
