You have mistakenly auto renewed my subscription for a second year without my authorization. I have already complained to my credit card company to ban you from charging me more money. Please refund my second year subscription to me ASAP, or else I will file a class action against you for fraudulant practices in the e-commerce arena and give a press release on your unethical and illegal malpractices!
