“Bad service, bad shipping, bad comunication”

Bad service, bad shipping, bad comunication. DON'T TRUST this site.
I paid immediatly (by paypal) 389 $ and dhl shipping method (70 $) on 17 October 2010. Today 28 October 2010 i sill don't have received nothing and if i ask for informatons they continue answering me that the parcel will be shipped TOMORROW (?)... but TOMORROW remains always tomorrow
