“Front wheel problem”
5/23/19

Received transport chair. After third use, the front wheels bent.
Rio G took care as soon as possible after Fedex made two deliverery mistakes.
Replacement chair had a problem. Rio contacted manufacture and had nwew one sent out in two days. All is well now. Satisfied customer.
By the way over 18 years I have purchased 4 chairs
