This comapny is very small and they sell products that are easily breakable and you cannot refund or exchange the items. When I bought a 3d led the tv didn't looks so new, and they are little cheaper than other places but I think they sell refurbished so it is cheaper than other places. Also the customer service is horrible, the guy named David hanged up on me and when i called them again they don't pick the phone because he is not going to exchange or refund my TV! Also I had a lots of propblems with the TV and so I called them a lots of times but every time customer service person was David. This means that it is VERY SMALL COMAPNY THAT IS NOT TRUSTED! Now I know that why people say that to pay little more and buy TV from big and trusted company! Also even the shipping company was a small company not like trusted ups or fedex. Also when my TV and the other package that go along with the TV, IT WAS IN THE BOX THAT WAS ONLY FOR THHE TV! So when I opened the box eveerything fell out and the TV WAS BENT. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!
