Contacted Revato twice with no response. Due to the coronavirus and cancelation of my airline tickets to Norway and close of borders to US citizens, I attempted to change reservation to next year for 3 nights hotel reservations at the Scandic Flesland Airport Hotel, Bergen, Norway. Received no response and unable to phone as no phone number available. I talked with hotel directly and they had no problem with change but because I made original reservation through Revato I needed to contact them for confirmation number.
