I have purchased several items before and the transactions were smooth with items delivered. However, there was a problem placing my last order so called customer service, no answer. Left a message, no call back. Sent an email, no response. Called several time a couple days later, no answer. I even tried called the order line, still no answer. At this point I don't know if the order ever went through or not and I can't get a response from them. I don't know that I will place an order with them again.
