Monzo is very easy to use and transfer money between banks. Personally, I use it Monzo abroad because it saves me the transition cost and going somewhere to convert my money to cash. Ordering a new card is a lot easier than using other banks, and if you forget your login details, your identity can be confirmed using the app instead of having to speak to someone over the phone and resetting details to come through the post (which takes up to 2 weeks with some other banks). Overall, great service.
I have recently bought a camera and suit from Ebay and both experiences have been pleasant with quick delivery. However, searching for items is a chore. The first items which appear are from Chinese manufacturers whom sell these items in bulk and of very low quality - it takes a while to skip past these sellers and find legit sellers with one-off pieces.
H&M have good customer service with nicely laid out shops in the UK. However, the quality of the clothing is usually below standard relative to the price, usually coming up smaller than expected. The items were delivered quickly and returns were easy. Overall, H&M have some good one-off pieces with good customer service, however, items are usually a bad quality with a boring design.

Tip for consumers: - Download the app and create an account. A great way to collect points for future discounts.

I have used Depop for both selling and buying purposes and believe they offer a safe experience at a price. Make sure you always pay via Paypal to be covered with buyer protection and check the seller's profile before purchasing. The only downside is that depop do not have a quick customer service solution, no telephone number available for issues that need to be dealt with immediately and I, therefore, had to message them over Twitter with a slow reply.

Tip for consumers: - Check the seller's website before purchase.
- Always use Paypal for buyers protection.
- Message before purchase to maybe haggle a discount.

I have used ASOS for years and it has been mostly a good shopping experience. This is a large range of clothes which can be easily filtered to size and price range. The items range in quality, however, the prices are reasonable and with sales being a constant theme there is not much to complain about. The returns procedure has been quick and easy, and in the cases where things have been misplaced, ASOS have been quick to reply to emails. I usually buy two sizes of each item because most items are from different brands which have different size measurements - this should not come as a surprise.

Tip for consumers: - Check for online discounts/student discount.
- Buy 2 sizes of each item to see how it best fits.

My experience with Vestiaire Collective has been only positive. I have bought two items from one seller who replied to all my questions within one day in great detail, and the items were delivered within 2 days of purchase (impressive considering the journey from Spain to the UK). I ensured that the seller was legit and with a good reputation before buying - the items were in good condition with a small personal note from the seller. By downloading the app, I also received a £15 off voucher for being a first-time buyer - thank you!

Tip for consumers: - Checker the seller's profile. There is detail on their reputation and selling history. Also, by checking their profile, you can see whether they are selling other items which you could then ask for a discount when buying the two!
- Check for online discounts.

I initially used the tastecard under a 6-month free trial in which time I barely used it because of their being little choice with little discount. The company did not inform me the trial was coming to an end and subsequently charged me for the year after I complained after having not used the app, I was told a refund could not be issued, a bit annoying considering restaurants are not open during the virus anyway. Overall, bad experience and will be cancelling my membership once the year is up.
