Item did not work one bulb was out. Initially I just wanted to exchange the product. The customer service agent couldn't find my order with the order number they provided, didn't know anything about the product, and tried to help me "trouble shoot" the item - but since she didn't know anything about it, kept putting me on hold presumably to ask how to help me. After 20 min of this I asked to return the item, and was put on hold again because the agent "didn't know how to do that". Spoke with the floor manager who said that billing would MAIL me a return label - I asked if he could email it, he said he'd put a note in there and maybe they could. I asked if I would be refunded for shipping, he said he didn't know. Not sure what's gonna happen next, but you can buy their products on Amazon, so you shoud.
