Bought a bag, paid for it as it was in stock, they cancelled and refunded my money... when i went back online the isobel bag is still being advertised and that was 5 days ago, spoke to kate spade said there web team where updating the site... well the item is still on there site... for sale... along with new sale items... reason im so mad is the fact that it was supposed to be a birthday gift for me... requestted rest of my order be cancel as they where wee add on to go with the bag... they informed me it would take 5 days to get my money back... but it strange they refunded the price of the bag straight away, yet i have to wait 5 days stay away from this site... my first and last experience with this site

Do not you use!!! you will be utterly disappointed!
