Ordered a pair of boots from justfab not too long ago, they were torn after 3 to 5 wears, so I decided to cancel my membership, messaged their online chat, a rep replied within an hour asking the reason for cancelation, I replied and never heard back from the agent again, messaged them again 3 days later, never heard back from them, couple days later I messaged again, still havent gotten any responses.
Justfab, it shouldnt take you an instance to take money out of my account but more than a week to response to your live chat. I ended up going to the bank changed my card number and bank account.
