Ordered flowers to be delivered to New York state for mother's day. To my horror, no sign of flowers on the day! After writing in and calling a numerous times, someone replied in all caps finally:
NOT IN OUR DELIVERY ZONE, WE ARE NYC, PLEASE ADVISE
I actually ordered the flowers in advance, can't they at least inform me beforehand? Such a terrible service!
Moving forward, I requested for a refund. But after 2 weeks, still no sign of it and when I emailed to check on the status, totally no reply.
