I purchased a key for a game, didnt get the key, after a week i got an email saying the key wasnt avaible anymore. So they wanted to refund me, still after 2 months now i havent got my money back. The Support is a joke. 1 week for one answer, due to covid 19... home office is a thing you know... and now they dont answer at all
